Complimentary Domestic Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic shipping via UPS® or USPS® standard ground services within the continental United States. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Orders shipping to the tri-state area typically arrive within 1-2 business days, with delivery times increasing based on distance from this region.
For added security and peace of mind, we recommend selecting signature confirmation, as it helps prevent lost or misdelivered packages. In certain cases, based on order value or shipping destination, we may include signature confirmation at our discretion.
Expedited shipping options are also available for those who wish to receive their orders more quickly. All shipments originate from our flagship primary shipping facility in Sayreville, New Jersey, USA.
Important Information:
- Domestic shipping charges, including expedited shipping and signature confirmation, are non-refundable.
- Only Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery. Please note that weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- As of January 1, 2023, the California Fish and Game Code prohibits the manufacture, sale, trade, or distribution of fur products in the state of California. This restriction extends to shipments into the state, and we are unable to fulfill orders for fur products to California.
Order Processing Times
Our shipping facility operates on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed by 2:30 PM EST for UPS shipping will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed by 10:00 AM EST for USPS shipping will also be processed the same day.

Same-Day Delivery Service
We are pleased to offer same-day delivery to select areas within the Tri-State region, including New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, for an additional fee. This service is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM EST and is fulfilled through our trusted partner, Roadie, in collaboration with UPS®.
For orders placed after 11:00 AM EST, we will make every effort to arrange same-day delivery. If scheduling is unavailable due to timing, your order will be shipped via standard ground services to ensure next-business-day delivery. In such cases, the same-day delivery fee will be refunded to your original payment method.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping for buyers around the globe. Orders destined for overseas locations are subject to an additional shipping fee, calculated as a flat rate based on your destination. This all-inclusive fee covers handling, delivery, customs duties, VAT, import/export charges, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife export inspection fee required for fur products. Please note that this shipping fee is non-refundable.
Due to customs clearance requirements, international orders containing fur may require 1-3 business days for approval and processing before shipment.
For orders including fur, U.S. Fish and Wildlife mandates inspection for all imports and exports to and from the United States to ensure compliance. For more details, please visit the US Fish and Wildlife website.

Lost & Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, we kindly ask that you first check with neighbors, doormen, family members, or friends, as they often hold packages on your behalf. To prevent this from happening, we recommend purchasing signature confirmation for added security.
As per UPS and USPS policies, we must be notified of any missing package within two weeks of the delivery date to initiate an investigation. After this period, we are unable to pursue an inquiry.
If you are still unable to locate the package, please leave us an email or message via the chat service on our website.
Should this occur over the weekend, please rest assured that we will follow up promptly on the next business day. We will collaborate with the carrier and begin a lost package investigation. Please be aware that investigations with UPS and USPS typically take 8-10 business days.

During this investigation period, we are unable to offer replacements, issue refunds, or make changes to your order. Any replacements or refunds will require approval from the shipping carrier.
To initiate an investigation, please provide your order number, as well as the best contact number and email address. The shipping carrier will also reach out to confirm the details of the case, making up to three attempts to contact you. If their attempts are unsuccessful, they may deny the claim. You are welcome to contact the carrier directly if you prefer not to wait for their outreach.
