We offer free domestic outbound shipping via UPS (or similar) standard services. For domestic orders, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive (deliveries in the NYC tri-state area, in general take 2 business days, but duration increases with distance from tri-state area).
We offer expedited shipping options for our customers who wish to receive their orders in a quicker timeframe. All goods ship out of our headquarters in Sayreville, New Jersey USA.
*Please note that shipping charges (including expedited shipping and signature confirmation) are non-refundable.
*Only next day air shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery. There is no delivery on Sunday.
We do not currently offer international shipping options.
All quoted international shipping fees include both shipping and duty for your convenience. International transit times vary, but typically take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days.
From October 16th, 2018 thru December 22nd, 2018, we will be offering free same day shipping to New York City (Manhattan). Please see our Emergency Down Jacket page for more details. When checking out from our store, please select the standard shipping option if you live in NYC and would like to receive your package with same day shipping. Please note any exchanges will ship out via standard ground shipping.
In the event that your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, we ask that you first check with your neighbors, doorman, friends, and/or family members as we find that most often times they are holding the package on your behalf.

For those who did not request signature confirmation and are unable to locate your package, we ask that you please contact the shipping carrier (if your tracking number begins with a "1Z" it is UPS, and if it begins with a "9" it is USPS) and open a lost package investigation. We also recommend that you contact your credit card company to see if they provide any reimbursement for lost/stolen packages.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm EST typically ship out the same day the order is received.
