FREE DOMESTIC OUTBOUND SHIPPING
We offer free domestic outbound shipping via UPS (or USPS) standard services. For domestic orders, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Deliveries in the tri-state area usually take 1-2 business days, but duration increases with distance from this area. Purchasing signature confirmation is recommended for any order, as it helps deter any lost or missing packages.
We offer expedited shipping options for our customers who wish to receive their orders in a quicker time frame. All goods ship out of our shipping headquarters in Sayreville, New Jersey USA.
*Please note that domestic shipping charges (including expedited shipping and signature confirmation) are non-refundable.
*Only Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery. There is no delivery on Sunday.
*Effective January 1, 2023, the California Fish and Game Code instituted a new law that prohibits the manufacture, sale, trade, or distribution of fur products in the state of California. This also applies to goods being shipped into the state. As a result, we are required to restrict the sale of fur products to California.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Same-day delivery service to New York City and New Jersey is available for orders placed before 11am EST for an additional cost via Roadie, a partner with UPS.
For orders placed after 11am EST, we will attempt same-day delivery. If it is considered too late to ship via their system, we will ship it out via standard ground shipping to ensure it is delivered the next business day. If this happens, the shipping fee will be refunded as well.
International customers who wish to have an order shipped overseas may do so for an additional shipping fee. This shipping fee is calculated as a flat rate depending on your location and can be determined via the checkout page before ordering. It is considered all-inclusive, as we will cover the cost of handling/delivery (including customs duty and VAT), any import/export charges, and the US Fish and Wildlife export inspection fee associated with selling items internationally with fur. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
Due to customs clearance, international orders containing fur may take 1-3 business days to be approved and sent.
Please note that for items with fur, US Fish and Wildlife requires all imports/exports to and from the US to be inspected by them to ensure compliance. For additional information please visit the US Fish and Wildlife website.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
In the event that your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, we ask that you first check with your neighbors, doorman, friends, and/or family members as we find that most oftentimes they are holding the package on your behalf. To avoid these instances, purchasing signature confirmation is recommended. We must be notified of a lost package within two weeks of the delivery, as noted by policies via UPS and USPS; as past that, we can no longer start an investigation.

If this occurs on a weekend and we are contacted, rest assured we will follow up immediately on the next business day. We will coordinate with the carrier and start a lost package investigation. Please be aware for UPS and USPS, the average time for investigations is 8-10 business days.
During this time, we cannot send out any replacements, refunds, or change any order details. Approval via the shipping carrier is required to proceed with any replacements or refunds.
If you are reaching out to us to start an investigation, please provide your order number, and the best contact number and email to reach you. As per the investigation, the shipping carrier will reach out to confirm the details as well. They will attempt to do this a total of 3 times. If their inquiry goes unanswered, they will deny the claim for your investigation. You can also reach out to them once the investigation is started, if you prefer not to wait for them to contact you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Our shipping warehouse is operational on weekdays from 8am to 5pm EST. Orders placed before 3pm EST on weekdays will typically ship out the same day the order is received.
