Domestic Returns & Exchanges
For orders placed in the continental United States, you may return or exchange items from your order within 30 days of the delivery date (as noted by the shipping carrier). Returns or exchanges are not permitted after the 30-day window. All items must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use, and with the original hang tags still attached and untampered with.
To initiate a return or exchange, please leave us a message on our chat service on our website during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). If you need assistance outside of these hours, you may email us, and we will respond promptly.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. If you're requesting an exchange, please specify the size or color you'd like. Exchanges will be processed based on item availability upon receipt of your return. Please note that we allow a maximum of one (1) exchange per order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased through third-party sellers.
Within one business day of your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. To meet the 30-day return window, the carrier must scan your return label within this time frame.
While exchanges include complimentary return shipping, returns for refunds will incur a $14.99 return shipping fee per jacket, calculated through our discounted UPS rates. If you are returning an order and placing a new order for replacement, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you within 24 hours and process your return.
Once processed, you will receive an automated email confirming either your refund approval or replacement tracking for exchanges. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for most common payment methods to process back to your account. If you do not receive your refund within 7 business days, please reach out to us. For exchanges, please use the provided tracking number to monitor your replacement's delivery.
Please note that shipping charges, including expedited shipping and signature confirmation, are non-refundable.

- For returns of Amazon, The Bay, Macy's, or Nordstrom orders, please use the third-party site associated with your order to initiate a return.
International Returns & Exchanges
Due to the high cost of shipping, international customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees for refunds or exchanges. We kindly ask that you double-check your order for the correct item and size before making your purchase. International customers are permitted only one (1) exchange, during which the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
When shipping an item back for a return or exchange, you may use any carrier of your choice. However, please confirm the return address with us prior to shipping. We will provide this address once you initiate your return.

When returning an item, you can mark the package as "returned goods" during the customs process. This will reduce the duties and taxes, as these fees are typically higher for purchased items rather than returns. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party sellers or intermediaries.
Please be aware that shipping charges, including return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes, are non-refundable.
