Returns + Exchanges
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return / exchange items from your order within 30 days of the delivery date (as noted by the shipping carrier). No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days. All items must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, and with original hang tags still affixed and untampered with.
To initiate a return request, please reach out to us on our website via our LiveChat service, operating within our business hours of Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm EST. Alternatively, you can also leave us a message after hours.
Within 24 hours of your return request, we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label. Your return label must be scanned in by the carrier within the 30 day return window (as noted by the shipping carrier).
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return for refund or exchange. If you are making an exchange, please let us know what size or color you would like to receive. Exchange requests will be processed based on the availability of the item when we receive your return. Please note that there is a limit of one (1) exchange per order. We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our website or were bought through a third party or intermediary.
While exchanges include complimentary return shipping, returns for a refund are charged $11.99 for the return shipping. This return shipping fee is calculated via our discounted rates with UPS.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 24 hours and process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges (including expedited shipping and signature confirmation) are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the high cost of shipping, international customers are required to generate the return shipping for refunds or exchanges. We ask that you please ensure that you have ordered the correct item in the correct size. International customers will be allowed only one (1) exchange, in which customers will be required to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement jacket back out to you.
When shipping back for a return or exchange, you may use any carrier to do so, but please be sure to please confirm the return address with us before shipping. This address will be provided to you once you reach out with your request via message or our LiveChat service.
As it is a return, whether it be a refund or exchange, you may mark the package as ‘returned goods’ via customs when you are prompted to do so by the shipping carrier. This will result in a much lower charge, as duty and taxes are higher when items are purchased, rather than returned. We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our website or were bought through a third party or intermediary.
