All Triple F.A.T. Goose products purchased through the website ( www.triplefatgoose.com) are fully covered by a one year limited manufacturer's warranty that protects the original purchaser against any manufacturing defects or issues in the workmanship and/or materials that may have been caused during production. In the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will repair the product or replace the item at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidents. Only original materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty.
To contact us regarding warranty related issues with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number specified in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email, please explain in detail the defect(s) including any pictures showing the issue(s).
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date (as noted by the shipping carrier). You will be required to pay for the return shipping back to our distribution center. No returns after 30 days. All items returned must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or wear, and with original hangtags still affixed. Shipping and duty charges are non-refundable.
