After placing an order, you will be sent to a confirmation email that will let you know if your payment/order has successfully been processed.


What are shipping and handling charges?
We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping can be selected as well at an extra cost.
Can I ship international?
We do not currently ship to countries outside of the United States of America.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most domestic shipments will arrive in 1-7 business days. Customers who are located closer to our warehouse in New Jersey, will receive their orders earlier than customers located further away.
Can I do expedited shipping?
We provide expedited shipping at an extra cost. Please refer to shipping options at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship typically within 1-2 business days after you place your order on our website.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, we generally provide tracking numbers with your confirmation email.
Why has my product not shipped yet?
Our goods ship as they become available. If your order has not shipped within 2 business days of your order placement date, it could be because the item is still in production or because it is sold out.

Once we receive your item and we find it to be in “new condition”, we will process your refund to your account generally within 5 business days.

How do I wash my Triple F.A.T. Goose jacket?
Triple F.A.T. Goose jackets can be either hand or machine washed. For wash instructions specific to each jacket, please read the care label located on the inside of your coat.
