Built to stay dry during inclement weather, the Chelsea Shell features a three-layer fabric to protect against the rain in a roomy yet sleek design. An attached hood provides an extra shield from the elements. The Chelsea has been upgraded with water-repellent YKK Aquaseal zippers on the front jacket opening and YKK Aquaguard zippers on all pockets.
