Very warm only complaint is the zipper is very hard to get zipped. Sometimes I really struggle to get it started. Also the pocket up top is awkwardly placed. Can’t put your hand in at the angle it sits.
Bought the Seraphin Women’s Waterproof Parka for a trip in March to Finland. It was wonderful in every way! Fit as advertised. Kept me warm and snug in snow and rain.
Before I moved to New York four years ago, I spent most of my adult life in Miami where a day below 50F was a valid excuse to skip class and call in sick to work. So as one could imagine, the last three winters brought nothing but pain and disdain for the outdoors. I bought this coat before leaving to spend this winter in Germany for work; and for the first time in my life, I enjoy - if not prefer - being out in the streets and the mountains in sub-zero temperatures. It was 50 degrees the other day, and I was pissed because I had to wear light jacket. Triple Fat Goose brought life back into January. I couldn’t be more grateful.
