“...they’re better made than some parkas that cost much, much more.”
“Eye-catching and extremely warm.”
“Just save yourself some cash and buy it from Triple FAT Goose.”
High grade nylon fibers are interwoven with a minimal white highlight thread, giving this style a unique yet subtle mixed yarn look (not on white or black colorways).
This jacket has been upgraded with an abundant amount of white goose down at a 675 fill power rating to provide maximum warmth.
This style features Premium+ fur, our highest selection of fur. Coyote fur is naturally freeze-resistant, and disrupts the wind flow - reducing cold air contact to the face.
This style effortlessly blocks high winds for added protection from the elements.
This fabric is treated with an advanced nanotechnology that repels water and oil-based stains.
Based Off Of Size S
We do not offer temperature ratings because everyone experiences temperatures differently. Instead, we issue a general guidance for the warmth experience of a particular coat when compared to the full range of coats that we produce.
I had a Triple Fat Goose coat as a kid and remembered how warm it was, so I was excited to hear of their online store. I purchased the Isella last year and convinced my husband to purchase a coat as well. Last month, we invested in a coat for our 7 year-old and she loves it.
At 5' tall and 110 pounds, the Isella in an XS fit me perfectly. I was a bit hesitant about ordering a coat without trying it on, but the TFG size guidelines are on point. My coat fits like a glove and has kept me warm when the weather dips below 30 in NYC.
Recently, there was an issue with my coat. I wrote to customer service, they responded within 24 hours, and resolved my issue within a couple of days. I am still stunned by their quick response time. Other brands offer quality items, but for a whole lot more and mediocre customer service. I feel that the price of a TFG is great for what you get- a quality coat that will last for a couple of years from a company that values its customers.
My husband and I both purchased jackets prior to our trip to Iceland and they were great for the changing weather from cold to rain to 45mph winds!
I wear 1x in coats, to have room for layers, I bought a 2x. I found out even with no layers too small. Tight in shoulders, chest and hips. My ruff was a bit puny. My husband got a coat also, and his ruff is beautiful. Disappointed as it is a pretty coat.
I got this as a present for my wife who had spent almost 2years looking for a winter coat. She loves the fit and it is great in the cold weather.
