King of the North!

I purchased the Huron Men's Waterproof Parka. I have to say this is the warmest and best winter coat I have ever owned. I looked at Canada Goose but the price is much higher. Also for where I live this is all I will ever need. I like that this has a waterproof shell, many coats at this level are surprisingly not. The YKK zippers are top notch and it is nice to be able to unzip with the two-way zipper when sitting or to access your pants pockets easier. I have never had magnetic pocket closures before and I have to say it is pretty nice, it basically auto closes and is plenty secure. The inside of the neck is a nice softly padded material that does not irritate your face. I like the overall look, can be worn casually and is good enough when dressed up as well in my opinion. I really like the premium+ coyotote fur, you have the option to detach it as well. I heard they might stop making the coats with fur, I really hope they at least offer it as an add on option for those who want it. Makes you feel more connected to nature. I have not worn it in a snowstorm yet but I am sure it will handle it with ease. So far 20 degree with wind and I did not feel a thing!

Huron is King of the Parkas

I hate being cold. So I thought TFG’s flagship parka, the Huron, would be a great option for me.

It is. The Huron is well made & has a serious volume of down. I also have the Parkchester multicolor bomber, which also has plenty of down & keeps me warm.

So even though I haven’t needed to wear the Huron yet, I know it will indeed keep warmth in, and winter out.

Great quality.

The feel of this jacket definitely reflects the price. Luxurious yet built to withstand the elements means I feel very prepared for the new England weather. Only gripe I have with this jacket is I wish the zipper wash a little more chunkier since it's hard to Zip up with gloves on.
